Water Tanks Innovation - it had to happen

Probably very expensive at the moment, but you can now get a dual use tank for fresh and grey water ie as the fresh water in an inside bladder is used, the space is taken up by the returning grey water into the outer tank.

All water is recycled endlessly, so we're all drinking rcycled water.

What capacity is it? What does it weigh empty? What’s the price?

So many questions, but I don’t mind the idea to be honest.

Grey water is from showers, washing machines etc - perhaps you're thinking of black water (i.e., from the toilet)?

Couldn’t find any specs which is why I asked. Had another look and eventually found them - SAFETANK

I’ve sent them an email asking for pricing. Given that I’m about to put new fresh and grey water tanks under my van, I am very interested in this. I get it will be more than 2 seperate tanks, but the other benefits may outweigh just the financials as long as it isn’t ridiculous.

Would fit nicely right between the axles on the van too. 👍

Here’s a question for those that run grey water tanks - do you need to install traps in the sink and shower to stop smells like you would in normal plumbing practice? No biggy, a few PVC elbows is all that’s needed, but just wondering?
