    Hey Josh,

What fridge are you running? I have in my trailer a Dometic CXF3. I can connect both AC & DC but haven’t checked how it handles it. Will find the manuals and investigate.

Mine is a evakool, I can plug both in. It'll prioritise 240v then 12v with both plugged in. I "think" they are all the same. Quick check of manual should confirm. Or maybe just plug em both in and pray there is no fire

Happy to say I am impressed. I have re-wired the batteries (disconnect switch and bus bars fitted), replaced the water pump (dead), fitted a Victron battery shunt with monitor, installed a new radio with an external AM/FM Ae and cleaned up the general fit-out. It happens, not surprised.

Towing was great. Roof top tent mattress sucked. Batteries and solar were amazing. I’m sold. New mattress procured.

The solar panels (Kings 160W) were giving me 10A during peak day, 6A from sun-up. Awesome.

Looking forward to my next adventure.
