The old awning material had seen better days so started looking for a an economical replacement, i saw one that i was going to buy but then something popped up on my FB feed which looked good.
Got the new material from online store Vevor ,is only available in one colour scheme which suited our van and for $115 it fits well and feels at least as good as the old one.
During fitting and added an extra 2 turns of the spring so that it winds up a bit quicker.
