Looks good Adrian, Time to 'test tow' up the falls???
Just kidding.
Have a good one and I'm glad the other business got sorted. See you next year.

Like a re-spray in Fiona green I'd suggest!
White stands out too much in the bush!
Other than that nice unit.

This a serious question.
What is/are the advantage(s) of one of these over a tent?
It seems a lot of hassle to tow one around compared with erecting a centre pole tent.
I suppose if you are travelling with a family it might be useful as the space available in the car is limited. I travel alone so I don't have that problem.

G'day Ron
Merry Christmas.
Ok, Done the tenting thing when the kids were little. Great but took ages to set up.
Then brought a roof top tent cause as Mrs. put it "Crocks can't climb ladders" . Great if your constantly on the move and only staying one night or if you stay many nights but don't go anywhere else.
Trailer campers are great if your touring and want to go out in your vehicle during the day. Arrive, set it up, sleep the first night then go exploring and come back to crash again in your palace away frome home.
Mine includes 60l of water, a full blown kitchen, annex, etc etc. We are not practised yet but it takes about 25 minutes to set up and about the same to pull down. I expect to get better at this as time progreses. If you add the annex then double the time.
Different horses for different courses. Simple as that.
Cheers,
Nice camper Stevo
Just a thought in regards to one of your other threads about using LR wheels. Will your side mounted spare location give enough room for a LR wheel and tyre?
I got mine made with LR hubs and I think it will be worth the effort for you to change over. That will give you not just two spares but four. As you can always rob your trailer of wheels if you get really unlucky. Better to leave your trailer behind and get into the next town then it is to be stuck with multiple flat tyres and only one spare.
