    buy a second hand one

    its cheaper

    its had any issues resolved

depending on numbe rof people using it at anyone time would decide getting a hardtop or not

my preference is a hard top as simply l don't have kids, usually doing more of touring type holiday thans taying in one spot and after quick set up and departure times

get an off road suspension with a tregg ball joint

Depends alot on what you intend to use for and your specific requirements. Hardfloors have lots of advantages but are restricted in size and can be quite expensive to buy. The softfloors can be bigger, but take a little longer to setup.
I've found that the second hand prices for a good camper are almost as much as new. That's the reason that we decided to buy new. Also the manufacturers are constantly making changes to their design. If you buy new, you can be sure that you are buying a refined product rather than buying a second hand one that has been tweaked to improve it.

    Just my thoughts anyway.
