Not with parrallel bearing, no.
I have D2 Alloys on my trailer with AlKo offroad electric brakes but I had to use a tapered (how do you spell that?) end to the axle. There is no way (even if you don't have brakes) to have parallel bearings because the diameter of the stud pattern is too small.
And make sure, if you get the hubs made, that they use 14mm studs not 9/16 like they did with mine. I had to knock all the studs out and fit new ones. Unfortunately if you use the D2 alloy then you HAVE to use the D2 wheel nuts which means they have to be 14mm metric fines.
