Top work, that looks fan bloody tastick if you are still offering the plans i would love to get a look at them I'm wanting to do the same thing as you.
its probably not cheaper in the long run but its about the satisfaction of building it your self.

    Hi Griff
Im no spray painter,or welder either. But have built and painted an awsome trailer all by myself.
What sort of gun are you using???
The standard guns dont handle 2 pac at all.
I got a gravity feed gun,so nice to use compared to the standard.Low air pressure= no drift=lots of paint on the job.Cost me less than $40 from fleabay inc delevery. You just have to hunt and play, took me 2 weeks to get a cheapie!!!,WILL NEVER USE A NORMAL SPRAYGUN EVER AGAIN!!! The same gun sells for over $150 at Supercrapp!!!
I used a normal enamel with a 2 pac hardener.MOST impressed with the finish

    Hi Griff.....Nice job...

I have a campertrailer that I'm looking to put brakes bordering the 750Kg limit fully loaded so any info on where to get the braking components and setup would be great....

    Cheers.....

found a good use for wok burner from bbq this will handle bigger fraying pans.
hooked up all gas lines and put a valve on side to fit gas fridge .
