Looks like a very old OR copied ORAC. The AT35 has a secondary safety lock for the pin, and is different in the rear main pivot.
I mentioned copied, because I don't much care for the welded c section link to the drawbar end. I recall they should be cold bent, not welded?
And John is right, it is incorrectly assembled. Remove the pin and turn it toward the rear, then refit the pin.
