Wet passenger floor?
Just a question to see if anyone may know why water is getting into the front passenger footwell?
I checked all gromits and even removed the UHF and I haven't found and ingress point.

Could be a number of entry points.
As well as aliens suggestion:
Water can run down the outside of the windscreen, then under the lower cowling, and straight into the heater air inlet which is under the bottom of the windscreen. This is under the bonnet about 30 cm from the edge of the windscreen on the passenger side. You may be able to stick your fingers up underneath the cowling to see if there is dampness in the box. There should be a piece of foam inside it that will be dripping wet if this is the problem.
Water can also enter around the alpine windows and find its way into the footwell.
Have a look at this thread, it shows a few possibilities: http://www.aulro.com/afvb/discovery-...vers-seat.html I think there should be other threads with a bit more info too.

Got kids?
Spent two days with the windscreen installer, a week after a new screen soaking floor. Deluged it with hoses from every angle. Turned out someone a bottle of water jammed under the seat, moved split it, somehow not killing the ecu, and drenching the floor with 2l of water.

I agree with XSM ..... Had the same thing with my D2. Glued a piece of thin Perspex over the an inlet to select the water running off of the windscreen and problem solved. Just leave enough of a gap to allow air low.

dunno in Discos, last time I had it was my '74 crown when the heater core died, had to spend a winter driving 50 km home every small hours of the morning after night shift with the windows down so the glass wouldnt fog up and I could see (this after spending the night working in freezers lol)
Boy was I so glad to get the finance for my first disco that year (the heater in that was magnificent, nearly melted my feet off and I loved it)

Do you get two puddles of water under your car when it stops in warm weather? If not, one is in the footwell!
Pull it off (need to remove centre console) and replace with clear tubing from hardware shop.
