    Mud Flaps

    Need info or part numbers for some new rear mud flaps on my 2003 90 as it is a 1 point and $70 fine for "Driving a motor vehicle that is not fitted with equipment required by the vehicle standards"

    i make mine,
    clark rubber has insertion rubber that will out last the LR ones.
    unless you want the LR symbol??

    got any photos of ya flaps. i also have to replace the brackets too. my dog got a little hungry and ripped the lot off, sheared one bolt and just destroyed the rest of the holes in the brackets on both sides!

    i keep bending my brackets, to many steep angles around here
    my flaps are an almost exact copy of the LR ones, slightly wider(to the outside of the car) and slightly longer, to allow for my 3'' lift.
    so there wider by 25mm and longer by 40mm.

    as for your destoryed holes, i had to re install some of the rivett nuts to re fit my brackets (i have the rivett nut tool)
    other than that next time i'll be looking at attaching my flaps the the rear of the crossmember, no brackets to rip off

    Truck mudflaps from a local truck repairer / workshop. Cheap and a lot stronger than LR. Only issue is most of them are advertising. Have a look in the gallery at mine. Keep the existing frames and drill out the rivets and reuse.
