Are these genuine parts - caps and radiators??
My 101 has genuine (new old stock) radiator and cap (they came in the big box of army parts and were installed a couple of years back) - they had both Land rover and Army Part numbers and stickers.
I have no problems.
I suspect this is an issue of repro parts not a problem with genuine parts.
