    While your at it pull the moter out, mine had rust inside on the cover.
    I also pulled the gearset apart and fresh grease through out

    One of the bigger problems I have encountered with my own one in the early days of using it was the inner oil seal giving out and flooding the motor with oil. I replaced all the oil seals on my one when I had it apart. Common seal here in NZ and pretty inexpensive.

    Hey Danny, the document you attached seems to only have the first page of a manual in *.TIF format, would you have the document in PDF or similar?

    It has 33 pages. Downloads and opens in Microsoft Office. Should work with Open Office.
