Sounds like you are now getting the parts you need so this info is a bit late for you.
Fred Smith in Bayswater carries master cylinders that have been sleeved. He buys in a pattern slave cylinder and sends it out to get sleeved cost is about $130 from memory. You do have to reuse your old push-rod.
Re-sealing the master will get you out of trouble but isn't a long term solution.
If you're doing the job yourself the master cylinder can be removed without taking out the pedal box but it's a bit fiddly, you really need someone to help. I did it without help but had to cable tie a spanner in place to stop it falling off. 
Ranga - Any good brake shop can get the re-sleeving done for about $80.
