    Here is what I did to my front housing. Very happy with the result.
    ISUZU County Tourer

    As mine is more of a tourer, I think I am unlikely to break the 2522's. Though I definitely don't baby it offroad.

    cheers Ben I looked yours up and I will most likely copy what you have done.

    I am still not sure which way to go with the CV's and axles, the Rovertracks are a great price but I like the stub axles and hubs I have as they are a wider spacing ie better support on the hubs, and I have ashcroft flanges for the hubs. tough decisions.

    I have bought some hi tough axles from MrAutomotive and have sorted a ARB rd128 for $1150, what is the best price you guys have seen

    Well the last couple of weeks have been very busy getting parts and bracing another diff housing. It has also been a busy weekend, removing the old diff and setting up the locker, removing the old housing and fitting the new one. I fitted new radius arm bushes whilst I was there, and fitted the new axles to the county CV's. I have some new county CV's coming as extras, I'll see how it goes, the other reason is if I break these CVs the break is contained in the housing and this is allot less work as stripping the whole diff housing to clean the metal out. But it all went well, I am surprised at how much it effects the steering when engaged, it is much reduced both ways but is better to the left.
