Screech sound from engine bay after turn off

Not aware of any bulletins, when I pulled up the service manager told me what it was and indicated this is a common problem and that a retro fit was being installed to all cars presenting with this problem.

so retro fit from what do you know? is it an egr from a td5 perhaps or something else.

just find it strange that if it is such a common that your the first person to bring it up..obvioulsy the egr's have had failures but this is the first I have heard of a retro fit..so I'm really curious.

Anyone on GTR that can poss check this out??? might be worth adding to the bulletin section

FYI, people who have had their EGR replaced under warranty recently have noticed that the new ones have an additional valve or something to that effect.

Me thinks they have revised the EGR setup.
