I had a bit over 8000km on my beautiful Stornoway Grey MY10 Puma when I wrote it off a month ago... a simple driver error tat cost me the car :( Mind you, if I'd had a snorkel it would have survived without damage... I hadn't gotten that far down the wish list on that car. That air intake is so low on the Pumas and hydraulic lock is such a nasty thing. I'll post a thread (with pics) about it when the issue isn't as raw.Quote:

BTW - check the front of the roof gutters for paint defects... Mine had them as did another new white Puma I've seen. All getting fixed under warranty :)
In the 5 days that I've had it all I've managed to get sorted is a snorkel, cargo barrier (inc extinguishers), steering guard, front diff guard, black wing protectors, recovery points and bull bar... off to Mulgo on Friday for an ex-box then I'll be wiring accessories (UHF, Hema, worklight, winch, dual batteries etc) and getting BFG M/Ts with TMPS next week when I'm on holidays. The RTA lost my custom plates so I'm waiting for them to provide replacements.

Also, I had not had any issues whatsoever with the MY10 puma although 8,000 is merely a blip on the radar. Hope the same happens with the MY11.

The extinguishers are on the passenger side. If they were on the cargo side I'd never be able to access them when the back is loaded up with camp gear :)
