    I think you are refering to propshaft universal joints, wheras a CV joint is the term that we are using here to describe the front halfshaft joints inside the front swivel housings. A Double Cardan joint used on some LR front propshafts is also a CV joint of course but is usually referred to as a double cardan joint.

    I have a 2" lift on the front only (Bull Bar/Winch fitted). Poly Air's in the rear - stock springs.

    Have had no prob what-so-ever with uni's (breaking/binding/vibrating) or any CV issues.

    Dont go extreme, but have been across the simpson with this set up.

    The only problems I've heard of with the Puma CV's is due to LR forgetting to fill the swivels with lubricant.
