Thread: Rear Main Seal - How long can I leave this?

Djam, no you missed nothing - its an November 2007 build. I got it second hand with just on 20,000km on it in Jan 2010. The warranty has time expired. I'm e-mailing Land Rover Australia for some clemency in this matter. Otherwise yep its open the wallet, beauty of the credit card system is that it doesnt seem to cost anything at the time.

Ok then in that case go to another dealer and get extended warranty and then wait a few months and then claim. It will last that long. If that is what it is which I still find hard to believe. A rear main oil seal in very low k's car
