    latches on 130 rear window

    Hey All,

    are the latches on the rear window of a 130 the same as a wagon side window? Does anyone have the part number for these? Are they replaceable or do they only come on new windows?

    If they'r teh same ones as the rear of the 110 utes (and I;m sure they are) then they can be bought individually. Fitting them is another matter....
    It's not broken. It's "Carbon Neutral".

    They can definitely be bought individually, had to replace mine many years ago.
    Can't help with the pt. # though.

    Did you have to remove the glass to fit the new latches?

    Remove / refit rear sliding window

    (I got around the problem by selling the car )

    Really couldn't be simpler - the latch is in two parts: a part that bolts through the window and has a metal "slide" that goes on the inside of the window and the latch itself which has the matching rails for the slide. You slide the latch down to remove it, that exposes the screws if you need to remove the whole item, or in my case I just slid the new latch onto the old slide. Job done in 5 mins with no tools.

    I wont bother with a pic.
