Hey Murray thanks for all the info and template helped me out heaps just a couple more questions in relation to the angles of the pipes the top pipe which will be going to the snorkel i was going to to set at the same angle as the bonnet side of the wing top plate i believe this should be correct can you please confirm and I've decided to go with a 90* bend pipe for underneath and was going to run that parrallel with the outer edge of the plate so it should be parallel to the side of the guard also can you tell me what I should set the distance from the bottom of the plate to the inner edge of the pipe after the bend so I have enough clearance between the wheel arch and the guard to fit the hose I'm going with a 75mm pipe sorry if my wording isn't very clear im not the best at explaining in text. Once again cheer's for all you'r help and I owe you a couple of beers I will buy one of your heater intake plates after I've done the trip Cheers mate.

    Regards
    Jamie

I'm not sure I can be of more help with the measurements you're after. I have a different setup on my County with the snorkel going through the guard. A couple of mates have the Isuzu with the snorkel going through the vent plate, but I can't remember exactly where they ran the fittings.
Looking at the distance from the guard to the inner wheel arch, there should be plenty of room to run the 75mm pipe and fit a hose to it, as long as you do the 90* bend.

    Cheers, Murray

Not such a good idea to take air from the engine bay incase you have an exhaust leak.

No good if you have the vent feeding aircon, but I only use the ducting to keep the windscreen from fogging in the rain. My right side sliders are rusted stuck at HOT and WINDSCREEN.

I may try it and report back!
