I do not know the answer, but a point to clarify - are you talking about the tropical roof, or the roof plus the tropical roof? - I suspect the latter as you talk about the galvanised edge frame. 
Yes, they are aluminium except for the edge frame on the roof plus various fittings. They may be as much as 100kg, but I would have thought a bit less - the size means they are very awkward to handle on your own, hence you may overestimate the weight. I just made a rough calculation - if the average thickness of the roof plus the tropical roof is 2mm, the weight of aluminium will be 22kg, maybe add 50% because I did not include the curve, gives 33kg, and double this to cover the perimeter frame and the other fittings, and I think the 66kg will be somewhere in the ball park.
