    Seat Covers

Looking for a set of seat covers for the front of the 130. Was thinking that canvas would be the best option, but perhaps sheepskin might be mor ecomfortable on our trip around Oz.

Can't justify the price of the Melvill and Moons, perhaps the Black Duck or MSA might be the go. Any recommendations?

I have the canvas ones in my 110, they are great as easy to wipe clean and you would be hard pushed to damage them. Only issue is they do get a bit sweaty in a hot cabin. Other than that though they are great.
I would have to confirm the brand as they came with the car.

    Cheers

I've had Black Ducks for years in the 110 - can't fault them - can't seem to wear them out either

... & not to bad in hot weather either

I'm leaning toward sheepskin for more comfort on longer stretches. Anybody know a good supplier/manufacturer in Brisbane?

I've had sheepskin covers bought in a sale from K Mart. With some foam from Clark Rubber between the seats and the covers, it's improved the fit and makes it comfortable on long distance driving. They've been in for three years now and are just showing signs of wear on the corners.

Actually Lou Black Duck didn't even make them for the Puma seats (and I believe still don't). I remember MSA wanted 150% of the price of the M&M's at the time too and they also wanted extra for the head rest covers.

I have some very old and worn Black Duck covers on my Tdi and they are very long lasting. The M&M's on the Puma are fantastic too.

ARB Hilux neoprene seat covers do a nice job.

Comfy, hard wearing, durable and reasonably priced - look OK in the Puma too.
