Thread: Dual Batteries - Springers

I had to make a warranty claim on an item from Springers and there was no big deal. I've also had them offer to drop goods at my house because they did not arrive when they said they did. Good service and easy to deal with. This is the Tingalpa store.

Only negatives are that their pricing may not be the sharpest and that one one occasion they didn't seem to understand their range of solar regulators well enough. Mixup was over positive vs negative earth solar regulators and the difference - was all sorted in the end.

Would happily deal with them but get second opinion on price.

Thanks, yes I will be geeting a second price from others. I have bought stuff from their Lawnton store - they seem fairly knowledgeable. I spoke to a guy who has done Defenders before - says its no drama.
