    Hi Guys

    Filter discounters in Wangara just on inspiration drive. If you want to do a group buy i could maybe negotiate a discount... they also do the provent and filters... and have td5 oil filters off the shelf... handy for me working down the road...

    20l drums of the 5-40 penrite hpr deisel 5.. and i will be getting the penrite 2 stroke also... in a 20l drum...

    Here is the spec sheet from RAVE.

    LR dealer used to use Mobil 1 0W-30 (or 0W-40, whichever it is), I have since used Mobil 1 5W-50.

    Slunnie, just to clarify - are you using Mobil 1 or Delvac 1 (i don't know if you have a diesel or petrol).

    Just to clarify...

    Dont use the Mobil 1...

    Semi Synth - Penrite Diesel 5 is to be had for $80.00 per 10 litres (without discount)...

    And is getting excellent wear results in oil testing...

    Some Mobil 1 TD5s are showing Cam wear beyond their age...

    Hey Barra, I'm using Mobil 1 in a TD5.

    Tombie, where is this from? Mobil 1 has the highest lubricity rating.

    My indie uses fully synthetic 15w40 on all Td5's

    Oil tester!!! Info from a good source.

    Seems Td5 hardening can vary and the M1 engines show more wear.

    M1 is over rated IMO and not worth the $$$.
