So the big question..... White writing in or out?

Getting the new wheels and tyres tomorrow. I'm almost unfathomably excited.
Decided on the 265/75/16 on a 16" x 7" black steel wheel with a 0 offset. Was going to go with a +6mm offset but was advised against it by the guys who make the wheels who said they'd just done the same fit to a Defender and said the 6mm offset rubbed.
So, we'll see how it goes tomorrow. Fingers crossed they sit nicely, my turning circle isn't compromised too much, they don't adversely affect the feel and they look awesome.
Thank you all for really helping a great deal with information, advice and the collective voices of experience.
Love this site.

p.s. yeah I know, pics or it didn't happen......I'll take some when I get them.
p.p.s. anyone want a set of alloys?

Easy, if it is a Toyota the writing goes out, if it is a Defender the writing goes in
However this might call for a formal vote.
I prefer the white writing in on a Defender.
End of the days it's your truck. Maybe check out everyone else's deefer on the "show us your deefer" thread.
I've gone for white writing out.
It may look a tiny bit bogan but I don't mind advertising a product I selected after such a long and thorough selection process.
""CUB" or "cashed up bogan," was used by one marketing researcher in 2006 to describe people of a blue-collar background now earning a high salary and spending their earnings on expensive consumer items as a matter of conspicuous consumption. The media adduced tennis player Lleyton Hewitt and his actress wife, Bec Cartwright, as examples.[12] Subsequently, the Kaesler Winery, in the Barossa Valley, released a Shiraz wine under the name Bogan."

Update:
Went to the tyre place....a very large, major, Australian-wide tyre mart.
They have the tyres. They have the wheels. They've fitted (a) to (b). They've balanced them. I took valuable time off work to get home and then go and get them fitted and it turned out that they forgot about wheel nuts.
It's like being a kid on Christmas Day only for someone to tell you that you can't have your present until the day after Boxing Day.
To be fair, they dealt with it well and have got them coming in tomorrow and have knocked a couple of hundred bucks off the total price for me. Nothing says "Sorry Sir" like cash.
Good things come to those who wait, right?!
New sneakers for Christmas!
The 0 offset on the 7" rims means that the top of the tyre is within the wheel arch flare, although the widest part of the tyre does actually look like it's just outside it. The gentlemen at the tyre place advised me that's perfectly legal and I admit I love the chunky look of it. I might end up getting some nice black wheel arches anyway so it wouldn't hurt to get wider ones.
Having big nuts:
The factory tapered, collared nuts are huge. These have been replaced with open ended nuts. No locking nut so on the spare I'm thinking about drilling a hole through one of the bolts and putting a padlock through it. Hoping that'll be enough of a deterrent. The guys even threw me in a couple of spares too, which is jolly good of them. They were still so apologetic about the mix-up yesterday.
Once again, thank you all for assisting with advice and knowledge and I do hope this thread is useful for others researching tyre and wheel options.
Next project......maybe dual battery and fridge, maybe roofrack and rooftop tent and awning. Not even thinking about spending money for a couple of months, but rest assured, I'll be back!
