Thanks all for the replies,
I did turn the hand brake down a touch about 3 clicks ont he lever and the gear change is alot smoother. I still get this rumbling almost grrrrrr sound randomly on deacceleration at low speeds- RANDOM(any bets will behave when it goes to the dealer to be serviced)
