Thread: Where's the Defender wave gone?

Sorry, i should have made it clear that i got this from a Landrover page on Facebook.

I suspected it may have been uploaded before, but didnt read all pages to check

Obviously written by a yank by from the wording etc.

On the whole I agree with the principle, some of the minutiae seems a little .......

If it has a green oval give it a wave, if you get no response then so be it if you get a wave grin for the rest of the trip!

Aww **** I missed page 15 too so at least the repeat meant I saw it amd got a little cheer while away from Puma 90 with work....p

I was heading up to Sandy Cape Fraser Island on Saturday with some members of the GCLRO and got a great big wave from Jamie from JTS who appears in 4WD Action, best wave I've had for a while.

Also got a wave from a Black 110 Puma and a number of others. There is a hire company out of Hervey Bay that use 110's, they should tell their clients to wave to other Defenders, you should see the blank looks.

Saw a nice bright yellow d90 on Nebo road in mackay today. Were you the same one that was spotted in Cannonvale???

My white 90, a new grey 90 with black sawtooth wheels and a brand new silver 110 traded waves yesterday down here on Mornington Peninsula yesterday.
Either of those on this forum?

Just sent them an email telling them to tell the backpackers, etc to wave - it'll be good for their business as well
