Yes, and yes.

I asked the tyre shop in Cooktown what tyres they fit to gov vehicles etc etc and these were it at the time ( some years back) because they lasted and didn't fall to bits etc.

I have just fitted some to my 110, and recommended them to quite a few customers who have since used tham and been very happy with lifespan and puncture resistance etc.

They are commonly known as an M55.

I didn't originally answer the post because it didn't talk about M55's and a look at the toyo Australia site I can't see a listing for the Hyper radial ST. The M55 is a Snow and Traction tyre we run them in the Pilbra on the work vehicles and they hold up better than anything else we've tried.

We also started using the Toyo M55 All Terrain on our mine spec vehicles using the Rail Access Road and their gravel performance is superb. We’ve not really seen their effectiveness on mud (surface slush) as we’ve had very little rain up here since the beginning of the year and the road gets shut before anyone gets near it...

Their Open Country M/T looks pretty good as well and if the compound is similar to the M55, I think the work Prado might get a set next change.

My wife has the Open Country M/T's on her 90. They seem very good in the rough and drive well on the black stuff. Thay show little wear in the over 2 years she's had them on the vehicle. Not cheap though.

My M55 have Hyper radial ST on the sidewall, so same tyre.
