    LR Manufactured Child Restraint Points

    I'm not sure but this appears to be a LR made OME child restraint fitting, suitable for station wagon 110's, not sure if its available here.

    It does, but the problem woould be that it has almost certainly not been approved for use with the unique Australian child restraint system, and hence could not be used unless individually OK'ed by an approved engineer for each installation. And there is no guarantee that it would meet the rules for this.
