Is it really that bad ?

There were lots of problems with the MT82 in the Mustang, but they were assembled/built in China, how are the UK and SA built ones going ?

My box has never missed a beat, changes gears without issue (providing it is done slowly), doesn't give any indication of problems.

My Mate is roofer and has had 2 Transit’s, the first one was traded in at 350,000k's, the new one already has 180,000k's on it.

He loads it up to the max with roof tiles and associated equipment and tows a trailer full of more stuff.

He has not had any problems with either of the boxes or engines for that matter. (Unlike his previous VW)
