Best bang for buck mod for camping I have done to my landy.

I'll be installing Nigel's side windows tomorrow, supplied by Daniel (Mulgo)

They look well put together. I'm hoping it's not too difficult to remove the standard windows from a Puma to fit the new ones.......we'll soon find out.

    Cheers, Murray

    Hi Isuzurover,

Thanks heaps for pointing out the shipping calculator error. Fixed now.

    Cheers,

Thanks for all the replies guys! I haven't looked at all the links that have been posted yet, but will get around to it soon.

I'm definitely keen to get some windows, so if a group buy is organised I'll be in!

    Cheers

If your car is insured with Alliance you will need to change insurance companies. Alliance does not insure modified vehicles and this is counted as a modification.

An acquaintance of mine changed his Defender rear windows as you intend and then advised his insurance company (Alliance) of the change and his insurance was cancelled on the spot and sent a refund of his remaining premium.

The Defender was otherwise not modified and the insurance cancellation was a direct result of changing the windows.

Cool. I will see what the suppliers are willing to do. Who would be interested and how many?

They are definitely something I've looked at and thought "how great would that be!!".
Can't commit 100% at the moment, but definitely interested. Probably just one.
