Hadn't thought of naming ours but after going up into the Mt Mee forest last saturday in 46deg heat i'm thinking I might name it the OVEN, lol it was that hot the a/c couldn't cope and when you add in the radiant heat from the floor and under the seats thats what it felt like, an oven.
"Randy" due to the Randy Lover sticker the original owner left on our girl, which I didn't realise wasn't a proper land rover sticker for about two weeks after purchasing her!
Now wife calls her disco 4 Landy...
Due to the unfortunate number plate issued with DUN in front we have called the 90 Duncan the Defender.:)

Party because its a petulant, gruff, emotionless giant tin can that bends things it comes into contact with and belches fire on occasion but mostly because it rhymes with Defender.
Who's given their Defender a name? Is your car a male or female? What is the origin of the name?
My significant other has suggested our new Defender be named Maxwell.
