    I purchased a set of rears on ebay from a seller in Albion Brisbane and had the same problem, they were returned and replaced with the correct, if yours also came with pads in a pink box the pads are crap.

    They look like DBA549, to suit ABS and non ABS Defender td5 models 1999 to present Puma.
    If you ordered to suit 1996 Defender then it is their mistake.

    It's STILL WRONG!!! NO defenders except early imported 90's have the 088 rears

    ALL dfenders except the td5 onward have 087 rears.

    Im sure there was a thread years ago about DBA's and how the part numbers were wrong that were listed

    Pretty confusing going by this chart I should have 088 60mm but seem to have
    087 70mm

    087 are correct for the 96 Def. If that is what they sent you then they incorrectly boxed as they are DBA549 in that photo you posted up. (That is if they are 13mm thick, if they are 11.7mm thick then they are 088)

    I missed that
    Did you or Ron slip in the thumbnail ?

    Been running 087S and 086S for a very long time now, although they are very close to minimum thickness, they've lasted well. (225,000km ?)
