IIRC the book says 23psi hot @ idle (1.5 bar) but I reckon that was in a Pommy winter after only 10km running.
I only ever got around 15psi (1.1 bar) with brand new and correct clearance big ends and a new pressure relief valve spring in the oil pump.
If the idiot light on the dash isn't flashing you are fine, just remember a lot of 300Tdi's seem to require big end shells changed at around the 300,000km mark.

Got there and he had just noticed the oil gauge sitting on 10psi at the lights!
