I don't know if sill tanks are still available - you do see ads from time to time for used examples. I think it could be set up simply on a modern 110 to pump the contents to the main when that tank is depleted thereby avoiding the complications of extra return lines and dupilcating an in-tank fuel pump etc..
I have a sill tank on an older 110 with a 2" raise and it doesn't affect the rampover clearance very much at all.
