PUMA Front Prop Shaft URGENT HELP PLS

With only 4,000km on my new Double Cardin front shaft the Cardin joint has failed......

I am currently at Coffs Harbour heading to the Gold Coast and Brisbane tomorrow. I am going to drop the shaft out in the morning but now I am back on stock height springs I am looking for a stock shaft in good condition along the way that someone might be good enough to loan/sell me. Alternatively any ideas on a retailer/wrecker that I might be able to buy one from.

Challenge might be that I have a D2 flange in, given I am not sure how to change the flange some help is also required.

I just don't feel comfortable doing the next 1400km home on just the rear with centre difflock.

    Cheers
    Iain

P.s. Wayne (Lowranger) now is a great opportunity to tell me how great your tom woods is......!!!

Just got of the UK Defender forum and believe it or not there is a similar post.
The guys in the UK have driven some long distances with the front prop out.
Have a look at that forum,if you can,t get it fixed they had some driving tips (ie with the prop out).
    Cheers and good luck.

Worst case, if you can get it there from Sydney, you can have mine with the Flange as a loan.
