Your heading is a bit confusing if you are extending a Disco. I extended my County 110 by 150mm give or take, I reversed the brackets on the chassis, that was the easiest. I would think you could custom to whatever is possible.

Hi Bazzle, I can certainly vouch for Freestylers cab extension. Very neat. My own vehicle came with an extra 150mm or so and it makes all the difference. My cab has a small window in the extra panel on each side of the cab which Tim did not do. He feels it is not necessary but I find them quite useful. My roof is a combination of two single cab rooves which maintains the "original" look but Tim created his own using a SWB roof , I think ,which is a great solution, so much easier than what was done to mine. My cab extension also did away with the proper door pillar which is not good and I would certainly recommend using the door pillars as you intend. Tim did this and his cab is noticeably stiffer in the door lock area than mine. Cheers,130man.
