depends on what you want to spend. Hardy Spicer can do a heavy duty D2 type version for around $950. I tried an ordinary OE D2 shaft lengthened and balanced for my Puma and had to rebuild it twice in about 15K. So the HD version might be worth a go. Or if money is no object you could get them to make you a Cornay jointed complete shaft with HD front joint as well for around $2,000. The actual Cornay joint is ridiculously expensive though.
