But I definitely wave when I see one.
I have rescue tape in the garage and if I knew the car was so close could have helped out.

Sorry you could not get more help on the weekend, hope the wife and daughter are okay and the problem is sorted out on Monday.

Update: The Defender was fixed today and dropped back to my wife with a fresh clean inside and out. Apparently not all the new bracketry components were available and it will need to visit the dealer in Melbourne but it is good enough to get her back on the road.
So Land Rover did what they could and the Service Manager and Tow Truck Driver were friendly and helpful by all accounts.
