Not getting/having any surging issues, but Pete did say to make sure the engine is well hot before using too much throttle.

Nope, no surging here, been running the v2 map for a few months already.

Check if the air filter box is properly locked?

Well, I've put new fuel in, will check filters this morning (99% sure they're ok as I always check them post service to make sure they're fitted correctly).

It's only on very light throttle settings when the engine is not yet up to temp ie head off down the road in the morning, running great everywhere else. A bit weird eh?

Are you not referring to the 'kangarooing' effect when starting off in 1st gear?

No, it's surging/hunting on a steady (light) throttle in any gear. Also the occasional hesitation going up through the gears on moderate throttle.

Once she's warms, she's apples - runs smooth and goes like a three tonne rocket

Hi n plus one, mine also does this but only started last winter and only when it is cold. During summer I have not noticed it. I recon it will be back this winter. I believe it is to do with one of the sensors? I am interested to see if you identify the cause! FYI i have 2009 110 with the alive remap.
