I NOW LIKE THE 130 DEFENDER.

    Just a curious irrelavent post.

When I bought my new 110, there was a Keswick Green 130 coming in that they had offered me, but I told them I don't really like the look of them. Now after owning mine for about 3 months every time I see a 130, especially in Keswick green with white roof, I think they look great and wonder if I made the right decision in buying a 110. The tray solves a few issues I have with Wagon and kitted up nicely they look great.

Anyone else had this epiphany or was I just mad from the start.

    Cheers.

I have a dual cab 130 and love it. I think it looks great and drives great! However I think it's normal to want other models - probably why so many people here have multiple land rovers or have owned multiple. The size of the 130 is awesome but sometimes I think a 90 or even 110 would have been more practical! Basically I think regardless of what model u got u probably will end up thinking "what if?".

I always think I should have gotten a 110 single cab or 130 dual cab. but in the end I am still happy with the little 90.

This wont help with your decision, but it will show you how good a 130 can look, especially in the green.
This one was at the Expo in Sydney in September.

I really like the Keswick Green, I would even consider painting my future 120 project the same colour.

    Cheers, Murray

I had an 85 county, lovely truck! packed to the roof line and a few camping trips before the engine loom burnt out, replaced with a 130, the only thing I missed was the front of cab leg room, couldnt go back to the 110, wouldnt fit a 90!

I saw a 130 very similar to that Murray which is probably why I started changin my tune. The first one I saw was retro looking with the old white steel wheels and didn't really do it for me.

Lowranger that thought crossed my mind also but then, my wife jumped into the thought and smashed it in the face. It was nice while it lasted.

It's probably why I've had a single cab 110, 110 wagon, single cab 130, and a few crew cab 130s. Each one's good in different circumstances and stages of life but if you need the seats and the space, you obviously can't go past a crew cab 130. They're not very car park friendly though.
