I wonder if its possible to get an alloy housing for it instead.
I've changed my oil a few times and never had an issue. I don't "torque" it up, but just use firm pressure. Having said that, there is a stain just around the lip, but nothing I worry about.

I've just found a slight leak on mine and wonder of the housing and filter are the same as on a 2.4 Transit. Be quicker and possibly cheaper to go to Ford than the nearest Landie parts place.

Have to go to LR not Ford if it's a warranty issue.
