Picking a colour for new 110 wagon

I currently have a 110 wagon on order for delivery next year. The build doesn't start until January and I'm looking for assistance with picking a colour. (I like them all!)

I have ordered it in the Indus Silver but want to look at a Tamar Blue and a Keswick Green wagon to see what they look like. I've looked at the colours on the landrover site and pictures on this forum but they never quite look the same as in the flesh.

I am in the southern suburbs of Perth.

Are there going to be any car shows or get together's in WA where I might be able to view these and other colours. Alternatively is there anyone out there that has these colours that I might be able to organise a meet or driveby to look at.

Is the Keswick Green the same as the green used in the TD5 defenders or was that a different colour?

    Thanks

I saw a Dark Blue 90 in Melb a few months ago,, damn it made it look hot
It was similar to the Blue to that on the D2's.

Not sure really how the "nice" colours end up after a while though, scratches and other marks way well take their toll to a good coloured paint job.
The lighter colours, White, Silver etc, seem to hold up well, but I guess it depends a lot on what you end up doing with your car.

Hopefully you'll get to see them all in the flesh before you have to make your decision.

I picked the Orkney grey and sprayed the fenders and front grill black and looks awesome. The grey hides the scratches to some extend which will not be the case with blue.

    Thumbs up

If ya want "tradition", go for Keswick with a contrasting roof.

Ask for Keswick with the silver roof, you'll be popular. For some reason they won't do it.

Sunday afternoon boredom has been relieved by a visit to the local dealer and asking for it.

I've got a red Dmax and I generally let it stay dirty so I can't see all the scratches. My wife says I can't have a 4wd and a nice paint job too if I'm using it for its intended purpose.

The long term plan for the Defender is to build it up for touring with our camper trailer and I'm leaning towards a lighter colour for the reasons you stated. I haven't seen anything in the Tamar blue but I want to see if it is lighter than it looks on the internet. We saw a Freelander in Baltic Blue and it looks nothing like the colour chart.

I've spent many moments at work thinking about this, to the detriment of productivity.

    in a 90 a dark colour

    in a 110 I like the red

in the 130 the keswick green with white roof

LR, is the Baltic Blue the same colour that you can get on the Evoque?
Its sort of a much lighter blue, which Leeanne and I think looks awesome. We've seen both the Evoque and Freelander in what seems to be the same colour.

Ok I'll bite! NOO thank you to the mustard! I acutally have a 109 in mustard, well it's not IN mustard... it's painted mustard. I would repaint it if I was allowed.

My vote is not keswick green with a white roof because that's what Ive got and I can't have too many people having the AWESOME colours cause then my car won't be an individual
