Had the misfortune of hitting a roo this morning.
I asked the guy if he wouldn't mind putting the coolant back in for me!
So now I have a Courtesy car from Bright Smash repairs. Thanks guys.
There was talk of it being written off but when I told him what it is worth he doubted this would happen. Lets hope so. I suspect , front light, indicators, panel, Grill, radiator.
No sure about Air con, Intercooler.
Didn't really need this near Xmas.
and to make things worse, The wife has been telling me to get a bullbar for it for the past few months. Hence "I told you so"

I reckon I must of, not sure how strong the bumper is but if it was impacted I would of suspected it to be bent. There is a bit of fur on the grill and I am sure if I was in a 2wd vehicle it would of got over the bonnet and possibly in the back seat.

SupporterI have just paid a deposit on a new MY13 110...I requested that the dealer fit a ARB bull bar as I have had three roo strikes this year in the wifes 4x4 which is also fitted with a ARB bull bar...no damage...no issues...
Roos are not very traffic aware at all.
It look like you could bash the area around the head lamp back straight and fix the radiator leak....that way you can still drive the vehicle till the repairs are done.

If your doors open fine chances are your bulkhead is still good. Saw some serious damage to Defenders in the Army and the majority of the time the bulkheads were fine.

Not good. As you said it can be fixed which is a good thing.
We wrote off a ex-postie Ford Transit work van in QLD 3 1/2 years ago driving over Cunningham's Gap on the way to a job in Warwick, made a mess of it too
