I put my locker switch being the factory style switch from Daniel in the bank of 3 on the right of the dash so it was between the steering wheel and gear stick. Easy to flick on and off as you need. It would require you relocating the other switches. My puma 130 doesn't have the mod cons of the 110 so working out what is your best location for your switches isn't a dilemma for me.

It would look damn sight better than carling switches bolted to the side of the dash. Your mechanic is short on imagination and lacks aesthetic intelligence.

Thanks. Sanity has prevailed and my mechanic is going to fit the Mulgo switches I am picking up on Monday.

I can't believe he wanted to drill holes in the side of the dash when these switches are available

Thanks but as the three switched on the dash are at present free I feel that would be a better solution.

yep i put the secondary light switch in there for my 42" lightbar. Good option if you can swallow the pricing on the switches (my one didn't come with the cable clip either).
