Do all Pumas have a cat converter??

Hi quick question, mine is imported from the UK. Is there an easy way to tell if I have one or simply do they all come with a cat converter.

Having fitted the mid silencer straight through pipe would like to finish it off as it is sounding great and will only sound better/run better.

Was thinking any exhaust shop could make one up as the shipping to NZ is absolutely horrendous.

    Thank you

Yep, pretty sure they all do !

You can check by looking for large round canister in the middle of the exhaust pipe just below the turbo.

...! Would leave edges though and hang the gas up rather than free flow?!

Best way - if policed is to cut the can off, straight pipe it and weld the can back in

Yep...not policed here. Apparently hard to remove due to forward crossmember. TMD do a 2 piece replacement to avoid cross member but this about $300 plus postage.

Yes the crossmember is a problem. However on a hoist it is only four easy bolts and then removed by a FBH. I waited till I was able to do the job, thus I have it to replace if ever needed or as a pattern to make a replacement/s. Also the front prop does need disconnecting at one end.

Where does disconnecting the prop fit between 1 and 5 spanners for difficulty
