How much room with o offset with 255/85R16

Just looking into the best wheel dish to keep standard flares on defender. Does the zero offset with 255/85R16 still fit and work well.
    Im refering to 16 × 7 rims
I currently have the +20 offset rims with 235/85 R16 but Im afraid ill loose even more turning circle when i go to the bigger tyre.

    Advice appreciated in advance

    Cheers
    Chris

I have 255/85s on +10 offset rims - no rubbing, more lock than standard and well under the guards. Zero offset would still be under the guards on mine (09 110) and more lock again.

They appear right at the edge, but just under the flares.

Standard are +33mm, ive got some UK spacers that move the wheels out 30mm, so basically zero offset, with 255/85 r16 bighorns on boost(16x7) alloys. The tyres are still just under the factory flares and they don't touch anything at full flex.
My next set will be -25mm 16x8 with flares.

If you can get your hands on sawtooth alloys you'll be fine . There +20mm offset and when fitted mine had about 15mm clearance from the radius arm at full lock

So Frantic, can I buy spacers that sit behind the wheel to move them out bit? I'm running 33 x 10.5 BFG muddies and they're rubbing on the radius arms at full lock .
