You can ask for a paper copy of each service record...you are forking out your 'hard earned' for it afterall. Or, according to my dealer, you can access the service records online at LR TOPIx website.

I'm continuing with having my car serviced by the local dealer as they sponsor our club and give us pretty decent discount. Well out of warranty now, but the customer service is such that I have no reason to go elsewhere.

I still have my service book stamped every time with the correct signatures and I file a copy of the works record in the folder as well. My book has one service page left and I've told them to have a second book ready when I bring it in next.

Mine's a 2010, did they stop giving service books with new cars at some time since then?

    Cheers,

    Lou
