    Horn doesnt work

After some rain I had an issue where the turbo timer was malfunctioning and it would turn the ignition on after I locked the car, causing the alarm to go off. This happened 3 or 4 times, the last time I noticed the alarm was softer. Now my horn doesn't work. I have checked fuses 8 and 27, both look fine. Car doesn't beep when locked with a door open either.

    Td5 defender. Any thoughts?

    PS.
I went into the nanocom, under as10, and turned on sounder and the horn works.

Does the Td5 Defender have one or two horns, i.e. dual tone.

And secondly, where is it? Up in the grill? :P

Hi , my td5 only has one horn , It is behind the passenger side headlight , or down under the window washer bottle . You can see It , but the best access is through the headlight . It is on mine . There not much of a horn when they work , mine sounds like It came off of Noddy's Car !!.. Jim

You could always get one of those bumper stickers,

"Horn not working. Watch for finger".

So yeah, it took a while, but it is the horn that is not working, not the wiring Few.

So time for a replacement, what are people replacing them with?
