unplug horn - plug in multimeter, press button
Should let you know whats going on at the plug...
After some rain I had an issue where the turbo timer was malfunctioning and it would turn the ignition on after I locked the car, causing the alarm to go off. This happened 3 or 4 times, the last time I noticed the alarm was softer. Now my horn doesn't work. I have checked fuses 8 and 27, both look fine. Car doesn't beep when locked with a door open either.
Td5 defender. Any thoughts?
PS.
I went into the nanocom, under as10, and turned on sounder and the horn works.

Hi , my td5 only has one horn , It is behind the passenger side headlight , or down under the window washer bottle . You can see It , but the best access is through the headlight . It is on mine . There not much of a horn when they work , mine sounds like It came off of Noddy's Car !!.. Jim![]()
You could always get one of those bumper stickers,
"Horn not working. Watch for finger".
So yeah, it took a while, but it is the horn that is not working, not the wiring Few.
So time for a replacement, what are people replacing them with?
