Great products and service from all 3 of them. So not sure why your Dealer was unable to get the parts sorted for you. Especially if its a new car and they want to keep their customer happy.

I wonder how Murray, Ben and Daniel would feel if they were being used as the reason for poor delivery. I don't get it myself. Anyway, as this is all part of a novated lease, the leasing company is chasing the corporate sales guy hard.

Last Friday I had the great pleasure to meet Ben when he personally delivered my headlights in extreme weather conditions and some 100 klms plus from his office. Greatly appreciated.

I would suggest that you speak to the dealer! Sounds like too many people in the chain.
It's a bit unfair for 3rd party suppliers with good reputations to be blamed for the failures of the dealer or Opposte Lock.
Maybe you should have dealt direct?

Wheatos I'm disappointed to hear your woes. I've not yet been contacted by the dealer but I have plenty of stock so supply is no worries. We have 3 possible options for getting this sorted for you -
1. I appreciate you have a pre existing relationship with the dealer. As we sell to dealers regularly, if you want to provide the dealers email address I can send them an email to get this sorted for you asap, happy to cc you into the email. I will pm you.
2. Daniel from Mulgo sells our product, he is a top bloke and is in Mortdale.
3. If you feel like a little drive up the road I'll fit it for you

Hey Ben,

I recieved my steering guard and front and rear diff protection yesterday and im well impressed with the service as i thought it would have taken much longer to be delivered to NZ. I think in all about 10 working days brilliant.

I just need to find the time to get them fitted to my 130 now and yes I shall be using your company again......

Before I take matters into my own hands, knowing that guys like yourself will do everything possible to ensure your customers are very happy, I'd like the people (aka, the dealer) who made a commitment to me to deliver on their promise and be held accountable.

It gives me great comfort dealing with this with your support, and it almost guarantees you have a new life long customer before I've even used your products!

I am another who has no hesitation in recommending Ben or his products. I have known him for a few years now, and besides all the 'off the shelf' gear he makes he has gone out of his way on numerous occasions to help me with some more unusual work.
And, if you need anything sandblasted, etch primed and powder coated, also see Ben!

Having now received the products they do look better in the flesh than on Ben's site,great quality build and look very robust too......



Just need to find the time to get them fitted now.........
